“Tucker”

A striking 17.2h Polish Warmblood gelding, Tucker offers an exceptional combination of quality, rideability, and temperament. Brought along with care after a later start, he is now confidently competing in the 2’6″ hunters and proving to be a reliable, competitive partner for a junior rider.

Fancy Castle | 2017 OTTB Gelding
“Winn”

A striking, approx 17h Thoroughbred, lightly dappled grey with presence and athleticism, Winn is an appealing prospect for a rider looking to develop a competitive partner in the jumper or eventing rings. Imported from the West Coast, he received a restart before continuing his training in our program.

Winn has the scope and step to excel, with experience schooling up to novice cross-country and the versatility to go on in either a jumper or eventing direction. He is best suited for a confident, educated rider – junior or adult amateur in a program, or professional – who will appreciate his ability and continue to bring out his full potential.

While generally kind and uncomplicated in daily handling, Winn does have a few quirks that will be transparently disclosed to serious, qualified buyers. He is not suited for beginners or riders seeking a timed, packer-type mount.

In the barn, Winn is a pleasure – sweet-natured, good for the farrier and easy routine care, including clipping and mane pulling. He thrives with ample turnout and does best in a program that allows him to live out or enjoy significant time outside. Middle-of-the-pack in a herd, he integrates well socially.

Athletic, scopey type with jumper/eventing potential
Schooled through novice cross-country
Best suited for a confident junior, amateur in a program, or professional
Kind disposition on the ground
Easy to manage day-to-day

Winn is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable rider to develop a talented OTTB into a competitive partner.
